Critical Skills: November 16, 2009

Develop competencies to improve collaborative online communication skills and maintain productive interactions with clients. Practice a variety of ETools including asynchronous and synchronous discussions, blogging, downloading and uploading documents and/or pictures. Complete an online Moodle course, using forum discussions, chat, resources, dictionaries and choice.
